Terms
Terms of
use
Superclip is free and open source. These terms are deliberately short, because there is no account, no subscription and no data to argue over.
Agreement
Superclip is provided by Anyscape Labs PLC. By downloading or using the app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the software. Last updated August 20, 2026.
Licence
The app is released under the MIT licence. You may use it — privately or commercially — copy it, modify it and redistribute it, provided the copyright notice and licence text are kept intact. The full licence governs your rights to the code and takes precedence over anything on this page.
No warranty
Superclip is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will preserve your clipboard history.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anyscape Labs PLC is not liable for any claim, damages, data loss, or other liability arising from the use of the software, whether in contract, tort or otherwise. Your clipboard history is stored locally and is not backed up by us; keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you copy and store on your own device, and for complying with the laws and the confidentiality obligations that apply to you. Do not use Superclip to retain material you are not permitted to hold.
Changes
We may update these terms as the software changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
